What the buyer wants

The subject of the contract is the provision of a data transmission service by private APN for SWD PRM for 2000 mobile terminals (tablets), 2000 GPS devices, 2000 portable routers and 2000 access stations at the stations of medical rescue teams for 36 months but not earlier than 27 November 2026. The contractor will provide 8,000 units of active SIM cards and 1000 SIM cards ready for use in case of failure or increase in demand for SIM cards during contract operation.

The service will be provided in the territory of the Republic of Poland and in the border zone, using international roaming with other countries of the European Union. The Contracting Authority currently uses a private APN service based on P4 sp. z o.o. infrastructure for SWD PRM. The service uses two redundant links to two points of contact with the customer's infrastructure.

In order to ensure greater scope and redundancy of the current solution, it intends to acquire and use the second APN service in parallel with the current APN solution. Therefore, the Contracting Authority requires that the service is provided on another teletechnical infrastructure for contact points with the Contracting Authority's network and local BTS relays than currently provided. This is essential for the safe and unfailing operation of the system.
