- The subject of the contract is the provision of a system equipped with a user interface for document processing and the automation of the documentation audit process.The system is intended to support the analysis of organizational documents, regulations, procedures, policies, instructions, documentation of the SZBI (Information Security Management System), personal data protection documentation, compliance documentation and other electronic documents of the Ordering Party.The system is intended to allow the loading of documents, analysing them according to the selected requirements, indicating the identified non-compliances and preparing reports together with the justification and indicating the relevant fragments of source documents for each of the audit questions independently.

1.1. ZDOLNOŚĆ TECHNICZNA Wykonanie przez Wykonawcę (zakończenie) nie wcześniej niż w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, co najmniej 1 usługi za min. 150.000,00 zł brutto, obejmującej:
- wykonanie aplikacji webowych obejmujących role użytkowników, automatyzacje przetwarzania dokumentów, raportowanie, eksport danych;
- wykonanie projektów wykorzystujących modele AI/LLM, w szczególności do:
- analizy tekstu,
- przetwarzania dokumentów PDF,
- generowania uzasadnień oraz wspomagania decyzji
- wdrożenie modeli LLM typu open-weight na infrastrukturze serwerowej Zamawiającego. 1.2. ZDOLNOŚĆ ZAWODOWA Dysponowanie minimum 1 osobą zdolną do wykonania zamówienia, która będzie odpowiedzialna m. in. za prawidłową realizację zamówienia i kontrolę jakości jego wykonania.Osoba wyznaczona do realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia musi posiadać doświadczenie w zakresie ewaluacji rozwiązań AI/LLM, ograniczaniu ryzyk takich jak: halucynacje, bias, niedeterminizm lub prompt injection, tj. poprzez wykazanie się minimum 1 publikacją naukową o łącznej liczbie punktów MNiSW mniejszej bądź równej 100 pkt zgodnie z warunkiem udziału w postępowaniu dot. zdolności zawodowej.
