Competence for professional practice including requirements regarding registration in a professional or commercial register • Self-declaration when submitting an offer is sufficient. Proof must be provided by the tenderer before the contract is awarded. Up-to-date proof of legal professional practice, in accordance with the legislation of the country in which the company is established, either by registration in the professional or commercial register of that country (in uncertified copy) or by other means. The abovementioned documents may not be older than 3 months at the time of the closing date for the submission of tenders.
