(Form 533a / 533b) Use of subcontractors (with the offer; by self-declaration): Indicate which parts of the contract are to be subcontracted. Forms 533a and 533b shall be used. Please note point 5 of the application conditions NRW (Form 511). The subcontractors must submit the self-declaration (Form 521). In the case of an electronic submission, the self-declaration (form 521) must be signed by the subcontractors, scanned as pdf and submitted with the request for participation / offer.

Proof of platinum partner status (with the offer; by self-declaration): For the duration of the contract, the contractor must obtain the status of a platinum partner of the producer. Manufacturers (HPE Partner Ready for Networking Platinum Partner). The status is also part of the list of offers.

Certification ISO14001 (With the offer; by self-declaration): The contractor is certified according to ISO14001. Proof shall be furnished at the time of submission of a tender. Alternatively, an equivalent certification may also be listed. In this case, the contractor must prove the equivalence of the certification.

Certification ISO27001 (with the offer; by self-declaration): The contractor is certified according to ISO27001. Proof shall be furnished at the time of submission of a tender. Alternatively, an equivalent certification may also be listed. In this case, the contractor must prove the equivalence of the certification.

Platinum Partner Status - The contractor must maintain the status of a Platinum Partner of the producer or supplier for the term of the contract. Manufacturers (HPE Partner Ready for Networking Platinum Partner). The status is also part of the list of offers.

ISO14001 - The contractor is certified according to ISO14001. Proof shall be furnished at the time of submission of a tender. Alternatively, an equivalent certification may also be listed. In this case, the contractor must prove the equivalence of the certification.

Qualifications Consultants - The contractor must have technicians or Consultants with the following qualifications (always at least 2 people per certification)
