What the buyer wants
This dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as "DPS ') targets the junior level IT experts. The aim of the acquisition is expert work on the development and maintenance of the Agency's information systems and the development of the Agency's technology and infrastructure. This acquisition will primarily involve junior-level experts who are not required to have experience of the tasks to be acquired.
It is important that the experts offered have a good motivation to learn new things and adopt new things quickly. During the contract period it is estimated that around 1-3 people will be acquired per year. Acquisition includes the right of the subscriber to recruit the expert to his or her own organisation, without a separate recruitment fee, after 12 months of assignment. The Food Agency wants to find good future talent to strengthen its own skills in the long term.
During the assignment, the expert will work as part of a wider development team and will effectively perform normal system development and maintenance tasks or technology and infrastructure tasks.

The candidate's economic and financial situation (credit) must be verifiable. The candidate's credit rating must be at least the "satisfactory A" level of the Finnish Customer Information (or equivalent) or the equivalent foreign rating. If the data of the candidate are not in the register of Suomen Ktikatieto Oy, the status of the candidate shall be assessed on the basis of the financial statements and / or other equivalent reports to be submitted on request. If the application for participation is submitted as a group, the requirement shall apply to all members of the group.
The candidate has been in service for at least two (2) years with the training programme required by this application for participation. If the application is submitted as a group, the members of the group may fulfil the requirement jointly. If the candidate uses subcontractors, the candidate and the subcontractors may fulfil the requirement together.
The amount of the insurance policy taken out by the candidate is €500,000.
