Naročnik bo število točk posameznega ponudnika izračunal na naslednji način: T = NPC/C x 70. T= število točk, ki jih doseže posamezni ponudnik NPC= najnižja skupna ponudbena vrednost C= skupna ponudbena vrednost posameznega ponudnika Skupna ponudbena vrednost je vsota ponudbene vrednosti celotnega sistema oz. rešitve (1. faza + 2. faza + 3. faza) iz Tabele 1: Predračun za sistem oz. rešitev in ponudbene vrednosti vzdrževanja in razširitve iz Tabele 2: Predračun za vzdrževanje sistema (OBR 2.1.2.)

    Naročnik bo ocenjeval strokovno usposobljenost nominiranega vodje projekta, ki bo odgovoren za izvedbo implementacije sistema. Vodja projekta ima naslednjo referenco: uspešno zaključen projekt implementacije: ene izmed naslednjih rešitev: - pametnih omar; - avtomatskih delilnikov zdravil; - avtomatiziranega sistema upravljanja zalog; - avtomatiziranega logističnega sistema, ki je bil zaključen v zadnjih petih (5) letih od datuma objave predmetnega javnega naročila. Zadošča ena ustrezna referenca za katerokoli izmed zgoraj navedenih rešitev. Nominirani strokovnjak mora biti pri referenčnem projektu odgovoren za najmanj za eno izmed naslednjih vlog: vodja projekta, vodja implementacije, projektni vodja, koordinator implementacije ali drugo primerljivo vodstveno funkcijo. Projekt se šteje, da je zaključen s podpisom končnega primopredajnega zapisnika oz. datumom pričetka uporabe projektne rešitve. Ponudnik prejme: - Nominiran vodja projekta: nima nobene ustrezne reference: 0 točk; - Nominiran vodja projekta ima eno (1) referenco pri naročniku iz katerekoli dejavnosti: 5 točk; - Nominiran vodja projekta ima eno (1) referenco na primerljivem projektu v zdravstveni ustanovi (bolnišnica, zdravstveni dom, lekarna ali druga zdravstvena organizacija): 10 točk.
