Merila: Zaradi omejitve števila znakov je podrobnejši opis meril naveden v razpisni dokumentaciji. 1. M1 – Ponudbena cena (TCO): največ 50 točk Ocenjuje se skupni strošek lastništva za petletno obdobje, ki vključuje vse stroške iz poglavja 41 razpisne dokumentacije. M1 = (najnižji TCO med dopustnimi ponudbami / TCO ocenjevane ponudbe) × 50. Rezultat se zaokroži na dve decimalni mesti. 2. M2 – Funkcionalna zrelost ponujene rešitve: največ 30 točk Ocenjuje se stopnja zrelosti obveznih funkcionalnosti ob roku za oddajo ponudb na podlagi matrike funkcionalnih zahtev in preverljivih dokazil. Stopnje zrelosti: Standardna funkcionalnost: del standardne izdaje rešitve, dokumentirana, brez spremembe programske kode. Konfiguracija: zagotovljena z nastavitvami, parametri, pravili, predlogami ali preslikavami brez spremembe kode ali razvoja nove komponente. Prilagoditev: zahteva programski razvoj, spremembo kode, posebno razširitev, skripto ali komponento, ki ni del standardne izdaje. Če stopnje zrelosti ni mogoče nedvoumno dokazati, se upošteva najnižja zanesljivo izkazana stopnja.
