What the buyer wants

The urban environment sector (KKOKO) is in the process of acquiring an application for infrastructure monitoring and situational picture. The system is acquired as a software service (SaaS). It supports the monitoring of infrastructure projects in streets, parks and other public areas from preparation to the end of the guarantee period, in particular the management, documentation and communication of the execution phase of the work under field conditions.

The system is used by city developers and designers, contractors and design and control consultants. There are around 400 users in the target area and around 200 projects in the works phase per year. The acquisition includes access to the software service, maintenance and support as well as a fixed-price deployment project. The software service shall be submitted for final approval testing no later than 12 months after the signature of the contract.

In addition, where appropriate, the purchase includes specific training, further development and expert services. The Agreement shall remain in force for an indefinite period. The background to the acquisition and the subject matter are described in more detail in the Annex.
