Providing a framework for maintenance services

a statement of findings issued by the ONRC resulting from the subject-matter of the economic operator concerned; the subject-matter of the framework agreement must have a corresponding reference in the CAEN-Rev. 3 (Classification of activities in the national economy) of the finding certificate issued by the ONRC or NACE-Rev. 2.1 (Statistical classification of economic activities in the European Community) or equivalent; the Single European Procurement Document (DUAE) shall be accepted, in accordance with Article 193 of Law No 98 / 2016 and Notification No 240 / 2016, shall be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure, including any sub-contractors, with information related to their situation at the level of a separate DUAE; the determining certificate issued by the ONRC shall be accepted as a period of validity of 30 days following the issue; supporting documents proposing the fulfilment of those assumed by completion of the DUAE or in the case of foreign legal tenderers, equivalent documents issued in the country of residence, shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, by the tenderers ranked in the first two places (i.e. in the case in the case of several cases in the case of the assessment);
