This condition, in terms of experience, will be deemed to be fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that within the last 3 years from the date on which the time limit for the submission of tenders expires (and if the period of business is shorter – during that period) he/she has implemented or implemented (in this case, the value of the part of the contract realised) at least 1 service (the service is understood as performing work on the basis of 1 contract) consisting in carrying out maintenance work and support for the software of the manufacturer BIS (HIS / ERP / LISA, AMMS / InfoMediaPlus / InfoMedia) for a period of at least 24 months at a rate of not less than PLN 200 000,00 gross
This condition, in terms of persons directed by the Contractor to carry out the order, will be deemed to be fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that he has or will have: min. 15 persons certified to perform the service activities of the software HIS HIS / ERP / LIS, AMMS / InfoMedicaPlus / InfoMedica manufacturer Asseco S.A.
