Required are three company references from the last 3 years (2023, 2024, 2025 or current) about previously executed or ongoing comparable services. Comparable services are orders for the provision of an IxRS / Interactive Response Technology software solution.
There are three company references from the last 3 years (2023, 2024, 2025 or more) about comparable services, which meet the following characteristics: Each of the three references are studies conducted under the Clinical Trials Directive (CTD) or the Clinical Trials Regulation (CTR) under the supervision of the European Medicine Agency (EMA). b Each of the three references refers to the provision of an Interactive Response Technology System (IxRS), defined as a software-based solution used in clinical trials to control key processes such as subject randomisation and trial drug allocation. c) One of the three references refers to the provision of an Interactive Response Technology System (IxRS), which has been used transnationally.
Please note that only services actually provided during the reference period are taken into account. In the case of current contracts, only the part of the services already provided is taken into account.

- Product and implementation concept40%
As part of the offer evaluation, a product and implementation concept must be submitted. The bidder must submit the product and implementation concept as its own document. Upon submission of the concept, its content becomes part of the contract, which means that all obligations and services described therein become contractual obligations when the offer is made. The concept may not exceed a total of 20 pages (excluding cover page and table of contents) in written form. The product and implementation concept with the highest total score is equated with 40 points. The other values are scored in the respective ratio to the best result (formula: 40 x own score / highest score).
- Experience and expertise of the project team20%
The caller will provide information on the relevant experience and qualifications of the proposed project team members involved in implementing and supporting the IxRS solution. The information provided will show the extent to which the proposed project team has relevant experience in comparable projects, in particular in the context of clinical trials and Interactive Response Technology (IxRS/IRT) solutions. The offer with the highest total score of the experience and expertise of the project team is equated with 20 points. The other values are scored in the respective ratio to the best result (formula: 20 x own score / highest score).
