Zamawiający wymaga wykazania przez Wykonawcę spełnienia warunków określonych w art. 112 ust. 2 ustawy dotyczących uprawnień do prowadzenia określonej działalności gospodarczej: Wykonawca spełni warunek jeżeli wykaże, że posiada aktualny wpis do rejestru przedsiębiorców telekomunikacyjnych, prowadzony przez Prezesa Urzędu Komunikacji Elektronicznej, zgodnie z ustawą Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej z dnia 12 lipca 2024 roku (Dz. U. z 2024 poz. 1221 ze zm.).
