Link combination technology unit A (KWP) – unit B (KP/PP): The contractor making an offer will indicate in which technology the termination of the link between unit A and unit B (optical, copper, radio e.g. optical - copper, optical - radio, optical - copper - radio, etc.) is realized. The Contracting Authority / Police Station in Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship is accepted as unit B. For each link in the entire relationship, 1 point will be awarded as optical. A 0 point will be awarded for each other indicated type of link. The scoring in this criterion will be granted as follows: 30 optical links = 30 points from 29 optical links to 26 optical links inclusive = 20 points. From 25 optical connections to 21 optical links inclusive = 10 point 20 optical links and below = 0 point.

The contractor making the offer determines how many hours he will be doing the removal of damage not due to the Ordering Party's fault from the moment of notification by e-mail or telephone. In the event that the declared value is not marked in print, The Contracting Authority will treat that the Contractor will carry out the subject of the contract within 12 hours up to and including 16 hours. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate the time of removal of the failure in full hours – a maximum of 16 hours. An offer containing the time of correction of the failure up to and including 8 hours will receive 10 points. An offer containing a breakdown time exceeding 8 hours to 12 hours inclusive will receive 5 points. An offer containing a breakdown time exceeding 12 hours to 16 hours inclusive will receive 0 points. In the event that the Contractor types in the offer form the failure time in incomplete hours, The Contracting Authority shall accept the value in full hours by rounding up the minutes until the full hour.
