Provision of IP telephony system maintenance services

5.2.4.

The Contracting Authority shall consider the above condition to be fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that (numbering in accordance with the SWZ): 1) over the last 3 years, calculated backwards from the date on which the time limit for the submission of tenders expires, and if the period of business is shorter, within that period, he has carried out duly and, in the case of recurring or continuous benefits, he also performs duly, one service consisting in the implementation or support of an IP telephony system with a value of at least PLN 500 000,00 gross.

Attention! Where the Contractor demonstrates a periodic or continuous service, the scope of the service performed and the value for which that service was performed by the date of the submission of tenders shall correspond to the scope and values referred to in the above condition. 2. has or will have the following persons who will participate in the performance of the contract including:

1. two persons who will participate in the performance of the contract in the role of System Implementation Engineer (in particular those responsible for migration and implementation of the System) – each:
   • has experience in the implementation of at least two CISCO Unified Communications Manager IP telephony systems projects, and the value of each system implementation was not less than PLN 100 000,00 gross;
   • has professional qualifications in knowledge used by the Customer CISCO Unified Communications Manager – confirmed by a certificate issued by the System Manufacturer or a certificate of completion of training in the field of knowledge of the System, issued by an authorised training centre of the System Manufacturer.
2. one person who will participate in the performance of the contract as a System Maintenance Engineer (in particular responsible for the provision of system maintenance services) — who:
   • has experience of participating in the maintenance of two or more IP-telephony systems CISCO Unified Communications Manager projects, and the value of each system's maintenance was not less than PLN 100 000,00 gross;
   • has professional qualifications in the knowledge of the Client System Unified Communications Manager – confirmed by a certificate issued by the System Manufacturer or by a certificate of completion of a system knowledge training, issued by an authorized System Manufacturer's training centre.
