O udzielenie zamówienia mogą ubiegać się Wykonawcy, którzy spełniają warunki udziału w postępowaniu dotyczące: 1.1) zdolności do występowania w obrocie gospodarczym: Zamawiający nie określa warunków udziału w tym zakresie. 1.2) uprawnień do prowadzenia określonej działalności gospodarczej lub zawodowej: Zamawiający nie określa warunków udziału w tym zakresie. 1.3) sytuacji ekonomicznej lub finansowej: Zamawiający nie określa warunków udziału w tym zakresie. 1.4) zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej: Warunek zostanie spełniony, jeżeli Wykonawca wykaże, że: 1.4.1) w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy - w tym okresie, należycie wykonał co najmniej:
    1. dwie usługi, z których każda polegała na utrzymaniu serwisu internetowego/systemu informatycznego w zakresie realizacji obsługi błędów i wsparcia, a wartość usługi wynosiła nie mniej niż 80 000,00 zł brutto i usługa świadczona była nieprzerwanie przez okres co najmniej 24 miesięcy,
    2. jedną usługę z zakresu hostingu serwisu internetowego/systemu informatycznego i obsługi administracyjnej systemu z dostępem przez sieć Internet zapewniającą funkcjonowanie, bezpieczeństwo i dostępność systemu informatycznego przez 7 dni w tygodniu i co najmniej przez 20 godzin w ciągu doby, która była świadczona nieprzerwanie przez okres co najmniej 24 miesięcy 1.4.2) dysponuje lub będzie dysponować co najmniej następującymi osobami:
    1. Architekta systemu IT - osoba posiadająca minimum czteroletnie doświadczenie zawodowe w wykonywaniu prac analitycznych dla systemów informatycznych, oraz która w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert brała udział w co najmniej 2 projektach IT (zakończonych i odebranych przez zlecającego), obejmujących swym zakresem budowę lub rozwój systemów informatycznych jako osoba odpowiedzialna za analizę wymagań IT, przy czym wartość przynajmniej jednego z tych projektów IT wynosiła co najmniej 150 000,00 zł brutto.
    2. Programisty/Inżyniera DevOps - osoba posiadająca minimum czteroletnie doświadczenie zawodowe w zakresie programowania, oraz która w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert brała udział w charakterze programisty lub inżyniera devops w co najmniej 2 projektach IT (zakończonych i odebranych przez zlecającego) obejmujących swym zakresem budowę lub rozwój systemów informatycznych udostępnianych przez Internet. c ) Administratora technicznego - osoba posiadająca minimum czteroletnie doświadczenie w administrowaniu platformami systemowymi opartymi o technologie Unix lub Windows Server lub Kubernetes, oraz która w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert brała udział w charakterze administratora technicznego w co najmniej 2 projektach IT dotyczących systemów IT udostępnianych przez Internet.
    3. Specjalisty ds. testów - osoba posiadająca minimum czteroletnie doświadczenie zawodowe w zakresie przeprowadzania testów, oraz która w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert brała udział jako osoba odpowiedzialna za przeprowadzenie testów systemu IT w co najmniej 2 projektach IT dotyczących systemów informatycznych udostępnianych przez Internet.
    4. Specjalisty ds. bezpieczeństwa -osoba posiadająca minimum pięcioletnie doświadczenie zawodowe w zakresie bezpieczeństwa teleinformatycznego, oraz która w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert brała udział jako osoba odpowiedzialna za bezpieczeństwo systemu w co najmniej 2 projektach IT dotyczących systemów informatycznych udostępnianych przez Internet. Funkcje poszczególnych osób wymienionych powyżej nie mogą być łączone. Osoby wskazane w wykazie osób będą musiały faktycznie uczestniczyć w realizacji zamówienia.
  2. Okres wyrażony w latach, o którym mowa w pkt 1.4.) liczy się wstecz od dnia, w którym upływa termin składania ofert. W przypadku, gdy jakakolwiek wartość dotycząca powyższego warunku wyrażona będzie w walucie obcej, Zamawiający przelic
