The contractor shall demonstrate that he has a team of at least 19 persons comprising at least: Project manager (at least 1 person) – with a higher education, who led a team providing service support over the last three years, with a minimum of two projects carried out at the University acting on the basis of the Law on Higher Education and Science, having at least three years of professional experience in the area of IT, certified in knowledge of project management methodology at IPMA level level D or equivalent to the methodology of project management at the Foundation level, issued by the external certification body and practical knowledge of IT services management (IT Service Management, ITSM) confirmed by the ITIL certificate at the Foundation level or equivalent to the professional knowledge of the framework (structured set of rules, practices and recommendations) for IT services management (IT Service, ITSM), b) Specialist for the service of the USOS system (at least 3 persons) – (each person) with a higher education and practical knowledge of issues concerning the configuration, maintenance and servicing of the USOS system in the last 3 years, c) Specialist for the service of the USOS system (at least 3 people) – (each person) with a higher education, who took part, in the last three years, in the last three years, in the last three years, in the last three years, in the last three years, in the last three years, in the last three years, in the last three years, and in the last three years.
