Provision of services related to the maintenance of the database infrastructure for the Institute of Environmental Protection – National Research Institute

Contractors shall comply with the condition if they show that: 4.1) The Contractor performs or performs in the last 3 (three) years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter - during that period, a minimum of 2 (two) maintenance and management services for cloud computing systems with a value of each of the services not less than PLN 60 000,00 net, and shall include documents proving that the service has been performed or is properly performed.

For 1 (one) service the Contracting Authority understands the service performed on the basis of 1 (one) contract. In the case of contracts not concluded at the date of the submission of tenders, the service provided by the Contractor must be carried out at the date of the submission of tenders at the amount of not less than PLN 60 000,00 net and its scope must cover at least the scope specified in point 4.1.) of the SWI.

Where the value of the contract is specified in a currency other than in Polish zlotys, The Contracting Authority will convert this value into Polish gold - on the basis of the average rate of gold in relation to foreign currency, as specified in the Table of National Courses of the Bank of Poland on the day of publication of the Order Announcements.

If the average NBP course is not published on that day, The Ordering Party shall accept the average course from the last day before the date of publication of the Contract Notices.

Contractors will comply with the condition if they show that: 4.2.) For the purpose of the performance of the order, the Contractor shall have or will have at least:

• 1 (one ) person
• an IT specialist who will be assigned to the performance of the order, certified Kubernetes Application Developer and Certified Kubernetes Administrator and at least 1 year of experience in working with Kubernetes or
• 2 (two) people
• IT specialists who will be directed to the performance of the order, having at least 1 year of experience in working with Kubernetes, assuming that one person has certified Kubernetes Application Developer and the other Certified Kubernetes Administrator. Certificates indicated as required for Specialists may be replaced by equivalent certificates. As equivalent to the above certificates, the Contracting Authority will recognise a certificate covering:
• an analogous substantive field resulting from the knowledge to which the certificate relates
• a similar level of competence (e.g. basic, advanced, expert),
• an equivalent level of professional experience required for obtaining a given certificate (e.g.: the need to demonstrate participation in a certain number of projects in a given role, etc.),
• obtaining a certificate is confirmed by examination, if required. An equivalent certificate may not be issued by the Contractor or a subsidiary of the Contractor.
