What the buyer wants
The procedure is conducted in relation to the need to secure the right to use and maintain a specialized program package delivered and installed for the needs of the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) by ATDI SA, France.
This invitation is sent on the basis of Art. 191, para 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act to the company Telcom Engineering Ltd, through publication in the Centralized Automated Information System Ordering another person is impossible due to the existence of intellectual property rights.
The intellectual property right of the software used by the CRC belongs to the author of the product ATDI SA, France, and is evident from an agreed letter of 16 October 2026 by the President and CEO of ATDI SA, France, the company has entrusted .
