What the buyer wants
- The subject of the contract is the purchase and implementation of a system for document classification together with a perpetual licence for 6000 users and annual technical support of the manufacturer (ATiK).
- Technical support must be provided in Polish or English.
- The contractor must be entitled to legally sell the licence together with the ATIK from the manufacturer of the solution offered in the Republic of Poland or have the status of authorized representative of the manufacturer of the solution offered.
- The implementation and configuration of the system must be completed up to 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, but not later than 29.12.2026.

The contractor must demonstrate that he has, or will have, at the same time information on the basis of the disposal, of at least 2 persons capable of performing the contract, each who is eligible to participate in at least 1 implementation project in the field of cybersecurity, within the last 3 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
The contractor must demonstrate that during the last 3 years from the date on which the time limit for the submission of tenders expires, and if the period of business is shorter, during that period he has carried out at least one implementation or one implementation with the cybersecurity maintenance service, with the implementation phase having to be completed before the time limit for the submission of the tender, at a rate of not less than PLN 400,000 gross (the Contracting Authority does not allow the summation of supplies/services from different contracts to obtain a minimum value).
