The Contracting Authority shall consider that the Contracting Authority fulfils this condition if it demonstrates that during the last three years before the deadline for the submission of tenders and if the period of business is shorter, during that period: it has made at least one delivery with the implementation of the server infrastructure, including mass and network storage, with a value of not less than PLN 4 000 000,00 net
The Contracting Authority shall consider the technical or professional capacity condition to be satisfied if the Contractor demonstrates that it applies a quality management system in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 9001 or equivalent standard and an information safety management system in accordance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001 or equivalent standard.
