Purchase and supply by the Contractor of access licences to the Information Monitoring Platform, including the support of the Manufacturer, together with documents confirming the granting of Access License Subscriptions, including the support of the Manufacturer; 2.2. Provide access license subscriptions to the Information Monitoring Platform by the Activator; 2.3.Ensure that the Contractor performs the Configuration of the Information Monitoring Platform; 2.4. Conduct training workshops with the Service of the Information Monitoring Platform with the transfer of copyright and related rights to works in the field of training materials; 2.5. Provision of Consultation Services; 2.6. Granting a 12-month quality guarantee for the services of the Configuration of the Information Monitoring Platform.

- The Contractor is required to demonstrate that he or she will have at least two persons at his or her disposal, who will be directed by the Contractor to carry out the contract for the execution of the Configuration of the Information Monitoring Platform and the provision of the Consulting Services, and each of these persons shall be able to speak and write in Polish and: 1.1. shall be part of a team accredited with Trusted Intraducer in relation to security incidents; 1.2. shall have a professional certificate in the following areas: 1.2.1. defensive practice:
- Blue Team Level 2 (BTL2) or
- Certified CyberDefender (CCD) or
- Certified Incident Responder (eCIR) including Certified Threat Hunting Professional (CTHP),
- or other equivalent* and 1.2.2. security operations management:
- Certified Security Operations Manager (CSOM) or
- GIAC Security Operations Manager (GSOM) or
- Certified Cybersecurity Systems Manager (C)CSSM),
- or other equivalent* under the concept of an equivalent document The Contracting Authority shall understand another professional document/certification confirming knowledge and experience in the field of defensive practice at a level not lower than the certificates mentioned in point 1.2.1. ** under the concept of equivalent document The Contracting Authority shall understand another professional document/certification confirming knowledge and experience of the safety management area at a level not lower than the certificates mentioned in point 1.2.2.02.In order to confirm the fulfilment of the condition of participation, the Contracting Authority shall require that a list of persons addressed by the Contractor for the performance of the public contract, in particular those responsible for the provision of services, quality control or management of construction works, together with information on their professional qualifications, powers, experience and education necessary for the performance of the public contract, as well as on the scope of their activities and on the basis of their disposal.
- Article 117(3) of the Act shall apply to Contractors jointly applying for the award of contracts, taking into account Article 117(4) of the Act.
- An economic operator may rely on the technical or professional capacity of the entities making the resources available, irrespective of the legal nature of the legal relationship between them, to confirm that the conditions for participation in the procedure are met. In that case, the Contractor shall submit the undertaking referred to in Article 118(3) and (4) of the Act together with the offer.
- Pursuant to Article 112(3) of the Act, The Contracting Authority shall not apply the capacity levels specified in the provisions issued pursuant to Article 5(4) or (5) of the Act of 5 August 2025 on the certification of public procurement contractors (Journal of Laws of 2025 item 1235 as amended), since for the subject of the contract referred to in this SWZ, the capacity levels have not been specified.
