(Numeracja zgodna z SWZ): O udzielenie zamówienia mogą się ubiegać Wykonawcy, którzy: 5.1. nie podlegają wykluczeniu, 5.2. spełniają następujące warunki dotyczące: 5.2.1. zdolności do występowania w obrocie gospodarczym Zamawiający nie określa warunku w ww. zakresie. 5.2.2. uprawnień do prowadzenia określonej działalności gospodarczej lub zawodowej: Zamawiający nie określa warunku w ww. zakresie. 5.2.3. sytuacji ekonomicznej lub finansowej: Zamawiający nie określa warunku w ww. zakresie. 5.2.4. zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej: Zamawiający uzna ww. warunek za spełniony, jeżeli Wykonawca wykaże, że w okresie ostatnich trzech lat liczonych wstecz od dnia, w którym upływa termin składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie wykonał, a w przypadku świadczeń powtarzających się lub ciągłych również wykonuje należycie 1 usługę serwisu i wsparcia technicznego dla infrastruktury serwerowej, przy czym wartość tej usługi wynosiła co najmniej 250 000,00 zł brutto.

Uwaga: W przypadku wykazania przez Wykonawcę usługi powtarzającej się lub ciągłej, zakres zrealizowanej usługi oraz wartość na jaką została ona wykonana do dnia składania ofert musi odpowiadać zakresowi usługi oraz wartości określonym w ww. warunku udziału w postępowaniu.
