The object of the contract is to provide comprehensive maintenance of buildings of the Kopernik Science Centre in Kościuszkowskie 20 and Kościuszkowskie 18 Street in Warsaw, together with technical facilities and infrastructure in the adjacent outdoor area. 2. Detailed description of the order is given in:

- Annex No 1b: Technical documentation of the building including technical and traffic documentation. N.B.: Pursuant to Articles 18(4) and 133(3) of the Pzp Act, the documentation constituting Annex 1b to the WWZ is not available on the website of the investigation. The Contracting Authority shall require Contractors to keep confidential the information obtained in connection with access to the above documentation, which will be made available to Contractors (for inspection) during the mandatory local vision after signing a confidentiality statement in Annex 10 to the SWI.
