1) The object of the contract is to purchase with the implementation, launch, maintenance and technical support of the integrated IT system of the ERP class. 2) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is given in Annex No 1 to the WWZ – Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (SOPZ). 3) The detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject-matter of the contract are also laid down in the draft provisions of the contract – Annex No 11 to the EGM.
