The object of the acquisition is a solution to provide secure encrypted and managed server storage for backup data. The solution should allow safe storage, handling and recovery of backup copies in a separate production environment. LEGAL, LOCAL, MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION OF DATA PROCESSING The Server Shelter Service which is the subject of the acquisition includes Backup Data to be replicated from the Client's Backup Environment, which may include, in addition to the Client's own data, information on the owner-client patient information systems, and hence personal data belonging to specific categories of personal data referred to in Article 9 of the General EU Data Protection Regulation. The processing of data belonging to specific categories of personal data is, in principle, prohibited, but is permitted when a derogation is provided for. In this service processing is necessary to manage healthcare information systems and services and to ensure continuity and reproducibility of services (GDPR 9 (2) (h)). The processing shall be carried out in accordance with the instructions of the owner (s); The subscriber acts as the processor of personal data and is responsible for managing sub-users (Supplier with potential subcontractors). In order to ensure a high level of protection of the data to be processed, the Client requires that: (1) confirmation data be stored and processed exclusively in machinery halls located in Finland, and 2) Service management connections (maintenance and management traffic and possible remote management solutions) are also allowed only from the Finnish territory, and 3) backup data is encrypted (transfer and rest) and the service is only produced in Tilevala's dedicated environment. The requirement is limited to the assurance service covered by the contract and is proportionate to the objective of the contract and the nature of the information to be processed. OPTIO Option calls for pricing for analytics services (Isolated analytics environment with ransomware and virus scans) that operate in a completely separate network zone without access to the production network. This service can be procured during the contractual period as necessary and is therefore included in the benchmark price for only one year.
