  1. Zamawiający określa warunki udziału w postępowaniu, dotyczące: 1) zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej;
  2. Zamawiający uzna warunek udziału za spełniony, jeżeli Wykonawca wykaże, że: 1) zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej:
    1. W okresie ostatnich 3 lat liczonych wstecz od dnia, w którym upływa termin składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie, wykonał należycie co najmniej dwie usługi w jednostkach stacjonarnej opieki medycznej, w zakresie serwisowania oprogramowania AMMS i InfoMedica.Przez jednostkę stacjonarnej opieki medycznej rozumie się całodobową opiekę lekarską i pielęgniarską świadczoną w stacjonarnych zakładach opieki zdrowotnej.Powyższa definicja „stacjonarnej opieki medycznej” została zaczerpnięta z pojęcia stosowanego w statystyce publicznej – definicja znajduje się na stronie Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego pod następującym linkiem: https://stat.gov.pl/metainformacje/slownik-pojec/pojecia-stosowane-w-statystyce-publicznej/1951,pojecie.html
    2. Dysponuje lub będzie dysponował niżej wymienionymi osobami, które skieruje do realizacji zamówienia. Minimum:
      • 1 osobą spełniająca wymagania kompetencyjne z zakresu Systemu Zarządzania Bezpieczeństwem informacji wg normy PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001.
      • 1 osobą spełniająca wymagania kompetencyjne z zakresu Systemu Zarządzania Ciągłością działania wg normy PN-EN/ISO 22301.
      • 1 osobą spełniająca wymagania kompetencyjne IOD w kontekście SZBI oraz Dyrektywy NIS2 w kontekście ustawy z 10 lipca 2024 r. o krajowym systemie cyberbezpieczeństwa.
      • 1 osobą spełniająca wymagania kompetencyjne w zakresie ORACLE - Strojenia poleceń SQL i wydajności programów PL/SQL.
      • 1 osobą spełniająca wymagania kompetencyjne w zakresie ORACLE - Administrowanie Bazą Danych.
      • 1 osobą spełniająca wymagania kompetencyjne inżyniera Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
      • 1 osobą spełniająca wymagania kompetencyjne w zakresie ORACLE - Administracja bazami danych Oracle 12c i 18c Zamawiający informuje, iż dopuszcza na spełnienie warunku udziału wskazanego powyżej również osobę posiadającą kompetencje w zakresie Administrowania bazami danych Oracle 19c.
      • 1 osobą spełniająca wymagania kompetencyjne z zakresu zarządzania projektami.
      • 1 osobą spełniająca wymagania kompetencyjne w zakresie Księgowości I i II stopnia potwierdzone odpowiednim zaświadczeniem/certyfikatem oraz udokumentowanym min. 18 miesięcznym doświadczeniem z systemem InfoMedica (np. będąc częścią zespołu serwisowego Wykonawcy w umowach na serwis oprogramowania czy posiadając certyfikat Asseco w zakresie Finanse-Księgowość).
      • Minimum 7 posiadających certyfikaty producenta oprogramowania w zakresie obsługi modułów InfoMedica/AMMS). Zamawiający dopuszcza rozwiązanie, że jedna osoba z wymienionych w tiret pierwsze-dziewiąte może być wykazana na niniejszy warunek udziału pod warunkiem posiadania przedmiotowego certyfikatu. Innymi słowy, Wykonawca nie musi wykazywać się dodatkowymi osobami, jeżeli osoby wymienione powyżej posiadają taki certyfikat.
