Bratislava DNS is an electronic procedure for the award of a prime contract.

The contracting authority shall communicate with candidates/tenders via JOSEPHINE at https://josephine.proebiz.com/en/tender/23320/summary The contracting authority shall, when accepting applications for inclusion in the DNS and subsequently sending the calls, communicate with the candidates/tenders via JOSEPHINE at https://josephine.proebiz.com/en/tender/23320/summary The capital of the Slovak Republic Bratislava acts as a central purchasing body within the meaning of § 15 ZVO.

Within this DNS, the contracting authority may also procure goods for budgetary and contribution organisations as well as companies in which the contracting authority has an ownership interest. The specific scope of the subject-matter of the contract, as well as its detailed specification, will be part of the tender documents for each invitation to tender within the framework of the established DNS, which will be sent to all qualified candidates through JOSEPHINE.

The DNS will last from its establishment until the estimated value has been exhausted or until 36 months have elapsed from the date of its establishment, whichever is the earlier. When communicating throughout the procurement process, i.e. both before and after its inclusion in the DNS and before and after the time limit for the submission of tenders linked to a particular contract, the contracting authority shall proceed within the meaning of Paragraph 20 of the GPP through the JOSEPHINE communication interface. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the contract terms within a specific contract.
