What the buyer wants
The service includes five capability groups: (CG-1) Security Monitoring and Response, (CG-2) CNAPP, (CG-3) Secure Software Supply Chain, (CG-4) SOAR and (CG-5) Governance and Improvement. The security operation is to be provided for several platform instances, including the MEDI:CUS platform, the Deutschland platform, Shared Dev and other sector-specific instances. The contractor takes over the inventory for the MEDI:CUS instance that has been set up in pilot operation and provides the services on the basis of binding service levels, including availability of the monitoring solution (minimum 99.5%), response times according to alarm priority and 24/7 operating time. The subject of this call for tender is the security operation of the GovTech platform through five capability groups: security monitoring and response with a SIEM/XDR operated by the contractor and a permanently staffed Security Operations Center; Cloud, Kubernetes and Workload Posture (CNAPP); Securing the software supply chain, including admission control; Automation and orchestration of response (SOAR); as well as governance, reporting and continuous improvement. Parts of the Platform process data that is particularly worthy of protection; Data processing takes place exclusively in the European Economic Area.
