The contracting entity shall request a tender for the following set of services:
- SIEM and SOC Control Room 24 / 7
- Related services as an option in Service Management Forssa City and Forssa Water Management are dealt with in joint monitoring meetings. By default, Microsoft Sentinel will be introduced and, as an option, will be asked to offer the supplier's SIEM solution. Sentinel and separate SIEM may be both in use or only one. The journalist's control room should be in operation, occupied 24 / 7 and located in Finland.Water management OTT equipment need not be monitored or logged. With regard to these, any possible alarm for the supplier's SOC will come from the OT network monitoring authority. A reporter should offer a whole. Subbids are not accepted. Alternative tenders shall not be accepted unless the option has been explicitly requested in the invitation to tender.For more details and tender requirements, see Annex 1 to this invitation to tender, which indicates the minimum and quality requirements for the services to be provided.Acquisition is not split up because the acquisition targets a technically and functionally integrated IT set of services, the division of which is not in the interest of the contracting entity because of the risks associated with the reliability and overall responsibility of the services. The acquisition complies with the Procurement Act (1397 / 2016). The procedure is a transparent procedure beyond the EU threshold.The tenderer must take into account that access to procurement documents is restricted on the basis of Article 69.3 of the Procurement Act: Not all procurement documents may be made available without restriction, directly and in full by electronic means in order to protect the confidentiality of information.
