Economic operators involved in the award process of this Convention shall be required to carry out a commercial or industrial or craft activity related to the subject-matter of the procurement.
Economic operators are required to: 1. Have an average general annual turnover for the last three (3) financial years prior to the conduct of the tender (2023, 2024, 2025) at least equal to twice the budget (excluding VAT) of this project. If an economic operator has been active for a period of less than the last three (3) financial years, then the average general annual turnover for the financial years it has been active must be at least twice the budget (excluding VAT) of this project, 2. Demonstrate profitability based on the average financial results for the last three (3) financial years (2023, 2024, 2025) or during its operating period if it is less than three (3) years.
Economic operators are required to be authorized by Microsoft to enter into volume licensing agreements of the Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) type.
Economic operators for this procurement procedure must comply with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard or another equivalent.
