Pełnomocnictwo w przypadku gdy osoba lub osoby podpisujące ofertę działają na podstawie pełnomocnictwa i/lub pełnomocnictwo do reprezentowania Wykonawcy/Wykonawców w postępowaniu o udzielenie zamówienia.
