The subject of the order is the delivery of the Artifactory Enterprise X software license along with the manufacturer's warranty or equivalent.
The detailed description of the subject of the order is given in Annex 1 to the WWZ.
Scope of the order includes: 3.1.Supply of the Artifactory Enterprise X Software license for 3 servers or delivery of an equivalent solution. 3.2. Providing the functionality set out in RCE 3.3. Providing guarantees in accordance with paragraph 7 of this RCE. 3.4. Transmission of access data and licensing documents, including keys, activation codes and activation instructions. 3.5. Providing full technical and administrative documentation in accordance with the requirements of OGA
The Contractor shall carry out the contract on the terms and conditions described in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Designed provisions of the contract.
