Support services in the standardisation of cyber and information security for the BSI

AE.6 "Concept for the Sustainable Implementation of Performance" Describe how the social and environmental aspects of sustainability are considered in the context of contract delivery in your company. Minimum requirement: "At least the following points should be considered:

• Social aspects: Concept for the implementation of social aspects
• Ecological aspects: compliance with the recommendations for action of the guidelines for environmentally friendly procurement of the Federal Environment Agency can be proven."
• Economical / sustainable use of resources. This includes, among other things, the use of energy-efficient software/hardware, operation with green electricity, sustainable handling of raw materials (e.g. printing paper), digitalization of work steps. Proof by self-declaration and, if applicable, by indication of corresponding certifications

AE.7 "Quality Management" Please represent the quality management of your company. If your company has obtained certifications or similar evidence in the field, you can also provide it here. Minimum requirement: Quality management is established and documented and can be proven.

AE.5 "References Provide appropriate references of the participating companies." References are suitable if the projects on which the reference is based have essentially similar requirements for the undertakings in terms of technical and technical capacity as the tendered service. This is particularly the case in the present call for tender, given experience in advising and supporting the reference client with national and international standardization bodies with a focus on cyber and information security.

Please complete the attachment "References Pre-print" in full. Please show at least three reference projects, all of which were carried out by you from January 2020 or later.

Please note that individual proofs can be requested in the case of commissioning. 'The references referred to above shall in particular demonstrate the ability of the participating undertakings to provide advice and support services in standardisation bodies.'; The references must have a clear connection to the topic of cyber and information security and demonstrate experience in at least one of the following topics:

1. electronic identities and authentication procedures
2. virtualization and cloud security
3. digital networking and Internet of Things (IoT)
4. management systems for information security (ISMS)
5. digital application areas that use IT security elements in their security architecture
6. Department - (detailed) presentation of the subject of the contract / activity - Scope / Area of experience affected - Duration - Order volume Minimum requirements: In total, at least three suitable references must be submitted. All experience areas shall be supported by appropriate references, with one reference being used to cover several areas. For all references, a contact person is named at the reference customer

AE.2 "Personal Business Branch Please complete the attachment "06a Company Presentation"". " Minimum requirement: the number of permanent employees in the field of activity relevant to the call for tender for the last three completed financial years shall be at least. 10 people per year.

AE.4 "Exclusion of a conflict of interest" Confirm that neither you nor your partners in the case of a bidding community nor, if applicable, Subcontractors have interests that are inconsistent with the performance of the services of this project and that may adversely affect the outcome of the project. This confirmation shall include the staff employed in the project.

AE.1 "Specific annual turnover Please complete the attachment "06a Company presentation" completely." Minimum requirement: the company’s annual turnover (number of activities in the relevant field of activity for the last three completed financial years) is at least. 1,000,000 euros per year. In the case of a grouping of candidates/tenderers, the sum of all participating undertakings must have this minimum turnover.
