- AdAudit Plus in Proffesional version for 3 domain controllers, 80 Windows servers, 4 Windows file servers, 1 Azure Tenant, 1500 workstations. 3.2 Detailed information on the description of the subject matter of the contract, the scope and the conditions for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract is provided by: The proposed provisions of the Agreement (PPU), which constitute Annex No 2 to the SWZ together with the annexes, including in particular the detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (SOPZ), which is Annex No 1 to the PPU.

O udzielenie zamówienia publicznego mogą ubiegać się Wykonawcy, którzy spełniają warunki udziału w postępowaniu w zakresie, zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej.
Zamawiający uzna ww. warunek za spełniony, jeżeli Wykonawca wykaże, że w okresie ostatnich 3 lat liczonych wstecz przed upływem terminu składania ofert (a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie), wykonał należycie (tj. świadczył, zrealizował, zakończył), a w przypadku świadczeń okresowych lub ciągłych należycie wykonuje (tj. świadczy, realizuje), co najmniej 1 zamówienie o wartości nie mniejszej niż 150 000,00 zł brutto, które swoim zakresem obejmowało świadczenie usług wsparcia technicznego dla wszystkich oprogramowań wskazanych w pkt 3.1 SWZ. UWAGA:
- Przez jedno zamówienie Zamawiający rozumie jeden/ą kontrakt/umowę.
- W przypadku składania oferty przez Wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o udzielenie zamówienia, ww. warunek musi spełniać w całości jeden z Wykonawców.
- W przypadku usług będących w trakcie wykonywania wymagany czas oraz zakres wykonywania danej usługi dotyczy części umowy już zrealizowanej (tj. od dnia rozpoczęcia wykonywania usługi do upływu terminu składania ofert) i ten czas oraz zakres wykonywania usługi wykonawca zobowiązany jest podać w wykazie usług.
