The request for participation shall be accompanied by the following evidence: As proof of correspondingly implemented measures, the applicant for the subject-matter of the contract must submit the application for participation - an ISO certificate 27001 and the SOA or - a comparable certificate (e.g. BSI basic protection) or - an alternative proof of the operation of an ISMS with a comparable standard.

With the application for participation, the following proof must be submitted: proof of an existing liability insurance cover in the amount of EUR 1,000,000.00 for personal injury (2-fold maximized per insurance year) and EUR 1,000,000.00 for property and property damage (2-fold maximized per insurance year) or the submission of a self-declaration in Annex 3 on the willingness to conclude a project-related liability insurance or on the increase of the existing liability insurance in the case of a supplement.

The following proof must be provided with the request to participate: Proof extract from the Commercial Register. This must not be older than 6 months. Foreign bidders must attach a certificate from the commercial register of their country of origin.
