Requirement: The provider shall have at least 2 customer-specific rehabilitation training environments, associated deployment project and support and maintenance of the continuous service provided to the EU territory. The reference can be either a social and / or health care customer in the public or private sector in the EU. Customer references have been SaaS implementation. Customer references have been implemented during the last three (3) years after the deadline for submission of tenders and have been in production for at least one (1) year. In addition, the following minimum standards must be met by reference customers:

• At least 300 professional users (during the production use of the reference) are not eligible for a reference from the supplier itself, or from a group company belonging to the same group, a power reserve unit itself or a company belonging to the same group. More deliveries to the same customer, group or group of undertakings are not accepted as separate references, but deliveries to the same customer for the same solution or part / module are treated as a single reference.
