   2M-IT Oy acts as a service provider and service integrator for its owners as an in-house company for its overall services related to financial, human and general management systems. The services consist of a number of different types of service component which 2M-IT produces itself or competes with its subcontractors as part of these overall services. The sub-components of the service include, for example, licences and expert services for information system suppliers; IT services covering, for example, telecommunications connections and related services, and engineering and capacity services. In addition, components include various development projects and testing, as well as maintenance support services, which may consist, for example, of the first level of support provided by 2M-IT service desk and any second level application support. The system suppliers will provide a share of the application support required for this whole of maintenance support services. It is also possible to purchase the whole as a SaaS service. The services provided by 2M-IT Ltd to its customers consist of coordinating existing solutions and new solutions and shaping them into integrated systems, producing the above-mentioned service components, and providing expert services that are essential to them, or completely new services related to financial, human and general management systems. The task of 2M-IT as an in-house company is to develop its services to its owner customers. During the period of validity of the dynamic purchasing system ("DPS"), the objective is to create a more regionally integrated overall service enabling integrated and modern, automated services in the financial, human and general administration sectors at the whole welfare level. Implementation can facilitate, enhance and develop processes and activities. On the basis of procurement within this DPS, 2M-IT can obtain licences and other related services for financial, human and general management systems (e.g. deployment projects and services provided during development) and expert services, excluding modules related to basic information technology and telecommunications. Purchases within this DPS will enable the necessary calls for tenders from subcontractors for the assembly of different regional services. Geographic regions, 2M-IT customers and other necessary elements will be further identified in procurement within the DPS. Licences and / or services related to financial, human and general management systems and / or expert services or packages of licences, services and expert services may be subject to procurement within the DPS.
