What the buyer wants

The aim of the acquisition is a digital income and wealth statement solution, which helps to automate the compilation of income and wealth data necessary for the calculation of social care customer fees and family law services. This solution is particularly used in the definition of customer charges for home care, community housing and 24-hour housing and in the calculation of maintenance payments. The contract shall remain in force for an indefinite period.

The acquisition takes the form of a joint acquisition in accordance with Article 21 of the Procurement Act. In addition to Päijä- Häme well-being area, the acquisition involves: - South Karelia Welfare Area. Päijän-Häme Welfare Area is responsible for the tendering of joint procurement and takes the decision on behalf of both welfare areas involved in the procurement. Both welfare regions conclude their separate contracts with the selected supplier. Contracts are independent of each other.

The solution should enable the collection of the necessary data from different sources such as the Tax Administration's income registration and taxation data and Kela's foreground data. The solution should support the formation of customer fees and other calculations, enabling the calculation to be produced in PDF / A format. Acquisition does not pursue a separate process control system.
