See participation form corporate liability insurance for at least 2 million. EUR for personal injury and at least EUR 2 million for other damage. The reimbursement of the insurance must be at least twice the above-mentioned sums of cover per year. The proof must be provided by insurance confirmation, must not be older than one year at the time of expiry of the participation period and must be enclosed with the application. If no proof can be provided by insurance confirmation, the participant must attach to his request for participation a written declaration from his insurer in which he declares his willingness to take out insurance in the case of an order in the corresponding amount with the participant. Candidate groups shall provide proof of this for the applicant community or for each member of the applicant community.

In addition, at least two company references on previous projects in the field of business intelligence development and operation within the last three years must be submitted. Each reference must have a material link to the further development and/or operation of a business intelligence system and include a project volume of at least EUR 250,000 gross. The at least two references shall demonstrate in their entirety experience in the key performance areas for the contract. This includes in particular: the further development of business intelligence systems, in particular for contract and/or financial controlling, the operation or further development of a traffic or mobility data platform or a comparable complex data platform, the cooperation with a contracting authority or sector contractor and experience in at least two of the following areas: Qlik (or equivalent), ETL/DWH and AI/Advanced Analytics. The abovementioned additional experience need not all be demonstrated within a single reference. In addition, at least two references from the envisaged project management on previously executed projects from the last three years shall be provided. Each reference must have a material link to the further development and/or operation of a business intelligence system and include a project volume of at least EUR 250,000 gross. The at least two references of the envisaged project management shall demonstrate in their entirety experience in the key performance areas of the project management. This includes in particular: the further development of business intelligence systems, in particular for contract and/or financial controlling, the operation or further development of a traffic or mobility data platform or a comparable complex data platform, the cooperation with a contracting authority or sector contractor and experience in at least two of the following areas: Qlik (or equivalent), ETL/DWH and AI/Advanced Analytics. The abovementioned additional experience need not all be demonstrated within a single reference.

- At least two references of the planned project management on previously executed projects in the field of activity of the contract in the last three years ((further) development and operation of business intelligence systems) before the expiry of the participation period. Prerequisite for the eligibility of the references is that they are references of the intended project management, which correspond to the advertised services according to their degree of difficulty (participation form D.II). For this purpose, the reference project must cumulatively meet the following criteria: a The type of service is the (further) development and operation of a traffic or mobility data platform in the bus or rail sector. b The contract was implemented for a contracting authority within the meaning of § 99 GWB or a sector contracting authority within the meaning of § 100 GWB. c) The contract covered a project volume of at least. EUR 250,000 gross d The contract comprised at least two of the specified relevant capacities, namely services in the area of Qlik (or equivalent) as well as competences in the area of ETL/DWH and AI/Advanced Analytics.

Entry in the professional or commercial register. A current professional/commercial register extract, not older than three months at the end of the period of participation, is attached (participation form B.II).
