Information about the company and IDM experience (with the request to participate); By self-declaration: duration of the company, duration of activity in Identity Management (IDM), total gross turnover of the last three financial years with a percentage of the IDM business (separated after consulting and implementation) and current number of permanent employees.

Personnel capacity in the field of IDM (with the application for participation; by self-declaration): number of permanent employees qualified in the field of IDM with experience, in particular with midPoint IDM, and more than three years of professional experience as well as number of project employees with experience in the management of complex IT projects and more than three years of professional experience.

Technical competences and experience of the staff deployed (with the request to participate); No or other formal requirements: Demonstrable expertise in the introduction, customization, modification, programming and technical operation of midPoint IDM systems as well as in their consulting and integration with HR and target systems (including SAP, LDAP/AD, Exchange, M365 and cloud solutions). In addition, experience with external workflow engines, the implementation of workshops with different project stakeholders, cryptographic functions in Java-based IDM/IAM solutions and the administration, data modeling and optimization of PostgreSQL databases are expected.

Reference experience (with the application for participation; by means of self-declaration): Demonstrable experiences from reference projects of comparable size in the university environment and/or public sector, in which midPoint was the main technological and technical focus as a central, productive and mission-critical IAM/IDM solution.

References (with the request to participate); By self-declaration: Relevant reference projects of the last three years, which are comparable in size and technical requirements with the project of TU Dortmund. The references are intended to demonstrate in particular experience in the introduction and migration of IDM systems with midPoint, the conception of IDM target architectures in heterogeneous SAP/non-SAP system landscapes, the development of role and authorization concepts as well as the development and integration of connectors and functional extensions for midPoint. This includes in particular integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, Active Directory and Exchange as well as experience with synchronization, provisioning and ETL/ELT processes for the preparation and transformation of complex data structures. For the reference projects, invoice value, project and participation period, project objectives, complexity and procedure, services provided and task/project role of the contractor as well as client and contact person must be specified. In the case of midPoint extensions, the specific problem, the essential functions, the midPoint version used, the productive status or the operating period as well as information on support and quality assurance are also displayed.

Technical competence in the migration of SAP IDM (with the application for participation); By self-declaration: Presentation of the technical and technical competence in the migration from SAP IDM to a successor system. In particular, experiences with parallel operation as well as the delineation of synchronization and provisioning processes, the analysis and processing of historically grown data structures from the SAP IDM Identity Store, SAP HCM and other source systems as well as with ETL/ELT methods for data extraction, transformation and transfer are to be presented. In addition, the distinction between regular and event-related data extraction as well as the tools used and their advantages and disadvantages shall be discussed.

Employees (with the application for participation; by self-declaration): The applicant shall appoint the currently permanent employees who are eligible for the implementation of the planned IDM project.

Development or programming services (with the application for participation; by means of self-declaration): proof of development or programming services in customer projects of the last three years, in which qualified project personnel were used according to the requirements of technical suitability. The proof must be provided by suitable employee profiles and project references with information on the performance provided and the respective invoice values.

Business Registration Statement (with the offer; by means of third-party declaration): Not older than 12 months

Technical suitability of the project staff (with the application for participation; by means of self-declaration): Furthermore, a corresponding technical capability for the implementation of the migration project is expected. By participating in the tendering competition, the AN confirms that technical and practical knowledge at the specified level for the following technologies, protocols and architectures will be covered by the intended project staff. The levels of knowledge are classified as follows: - Zero: No experience in the field - Base - Basic knowledge: Good, extensive theoretical know-how is available.
