What the buyer wants
Kallio Software Oy acquires distribution of Atlassian Cloud orders, Market Place applications and user-based pricing resources, centralised invoicing in euros and order management, as well as main user support. In the main user support, the Supplier advises Tivala and makes changes at the main user level to the Client's Atlas Cloud environment. The Agreement shall be valid for a fixed period from 1.1.2027 to 31.12.2028 and shall continue for an indefinite period.
The period of notice for an indefinite contract is six (6) months for Tivala and twelve (12) months for the Supplier. The acquisition does not include options. A more detailed description of the procurement is given in the description of the object of the contract annexed to the invitation to tender.
