Enter the total turnover of the company as well as the turnover in the area of personnel software (licenses or sales). Subscriptions, introduction, operation, maintenance and support of software for payroll, time management and personnel management, each in EUR net. Minimum requirements:

1. Total turnover on average at least 8 million EUR net per year
2. Turnover in personnel software on average at least 6 million EUR net per year

Liability insurance is required with at least the following coverage amounts per claim, twice maximized per insurance year: a EUR 2 million for personal and material damage b 1 million. EUR for damage to property

Provide the average number of persons employed in full-time equivalent (FTE) for the last three financial years. Minimum requirement: At least 50 employees in total on an annual average.

There are three comparable references for the introduction of personnel software to public contracting authorities, in particular municipal or public companies. For each reference, complete one of the following reference forms. The contracting entity reserves the right to verify the information with the reference provider. Minimum requirement and assessment: three references from the last five years, comparable by type, scope and complexity to the service offered. The comparability and evaluation of the references depend in particular on the subject of performance, technical focus, industry reference, order volume and performance period.

Project team and qualification: nomination of key personnel to be deployed in the case of a contract. For the project management and two project collaborators, a CV shall be completed.

German language skills of the staff employed at least at level C1.

Presentation of the support and service organization. The presentation is intended to cover in particular the following points: a) Development of the support and service organization (support level, roles, locations) b Support channels and ticket process c Service and reaction times per priority as well as escalation procedure d Transition from the implementation project to ongoing operation e Operation and support model in cloud operation
