What the buyer wants
TK plans to use a standardized Kafka platform based on the commercial product "Confluent Platform" (product portfolio of IBM - formerly Confluent) as one or more computer clusters of log-oriented event brokers based on Apache Kafka.
The purpose of the contract is to support the development of the Kafka platform and knowledge transfer, the delivery of the necessary enterprise functions and Kafka connectors, including software maintenance and support, as well as support for the commissioning of the Kafka platform and operation of the Kafka platform during the development phase. In addition, if required, the contractor also takes over the operation of the platform after completion of the setup (optional).
The estimated quantity is obtained from the quantities given in the price sheet (Appendix A1). The framework agreement shall be provided with a call reserve. The maximum value results from the framework agreement. For further details, reference is made to the procurement documents.
