CONTRACT PERIOD The contract is valid on a fixed-term basis for the duration of the delivery project, i.e. until the acceptance test has been successfully completed and the entire delivery project has been approved by the Contracting Party. After that, the Agreement shall remain in force for an indefinite period. See also Annex A "Main Agreement" to the invitation to tender 4.
