Proof of the existence of professional or company liability insurance for IT services shall be provided. It must be one that is doubly maximized for property, activity and property damage. For proof, a corresponding certificate of the insurer must be submitted. As an alternative, the bidder can provide an informal declaration according to which a corresponding insurance is concluded before the start of the contract. The insurance must be maintained from the conclusion of the contract over the entire contract period. It must cover the liability of the contractor for personal, material, activity and property damages. The tenderer shall ensure that all subcontractors involved have comparable insurance cover or shall itself provide appropriate protection. (Proof to be attached/specified in Appendix 6)
