City of Bad Pyrmont - Procurement of a digital platform Digital Cure

The subject of the call is the development and implementation of a digital scalable platform "Smart City" for the health resort of Bad Pyrmont, which automates and simplifies the access of patients to health care services in the state-approved health resort. By digitizing the overall process of the ambulatory preventive measure according to § 23 para. 2 SGB V is intended to stimulate the demand for measures, promote and simplify the exchange between users and thus increase the attractiveness of the health resort. The project aims to further develop the spa infrastructure in Bad Pyrmont in line with the core identity of the Niedersächsische Staatsbad Pyrmont Betriebsgesellschaft mbH and to strengthen the regional health economy and health tourism. The health resorts in the district of Hameln Pyrmont and in Germany are pursuing similar goals, such as the revival of outpatient prevention care for insured persons during and after working life, accessibility to prevention services, the improvement of care through telemedicine services and the addressing of younger insured persons through digital services. In addition, the impact of the prevention measures is to be increased through a step-by-step implementation and additional digital content, and further medical services are to be integrated via a scalable platform. A detailed description of the project and services - description of services for the digital platform "Digital Cure" in Bad Pyrmont, as well as the information in the catalogue of requirements - are part of the award documents. It is planned to conclude an EVB-IT system contract. The project implementation is subject to a budget requirement in the sense of a cost cap of 500. EUR 000 net, which must not be exceeded.
