valid Commvault Services Associate Certification (with the offer; by self-declaration): Proof/certification that at least three persons work in the company who have a valid Commvault Services Associate Certification.

Business Registration Document (with the offer; by means of a third-party declaration): - Declaration/proof of registration in a professional and commercial register of the country in which the applicant is established and that this entry has been made in accordance with the legislation of the country (proof not older than 01.01.2026).

Company liability insurance (with the offer; by means of a third-party declaration): - Proof of company liability insurance with a cover amount for personal and property damage up to 1,000,000 euros per loss event and property damage up to 500,000 EUR by submitting a copy of the insurance policy or a corresponding confirmation of the insurer's existence of the insurance. It is also sufficient if the bidder submits a signed self-declaration with the offer, by which he undertakes to take out an insurance in accordance with the aforementioned requirements in the case of the contract and to prove it to the customer without request within 14 days of the contract by submitting a copy of the insurance policy or a corresponding confirmation from the insurer. In any case, upon submission of the tender, the tenderer undertakes to maintain the insurance cover in the event of the contract for the entire duration of the contract
