Delivery and provision of hardware and software for upgrading existing Openscape 4000 V10 telecommunications systems

Upon submission of a tender, the following documents on expertise, performance and reliability shall be submitted.

The contracting authority reserves the right to request the missing evidence by setting a single time limit; Extension of the deadline is excluded: - Information on the total turnover of the company in the last three financial years, - Own declaration on the payment of taxes and duties as well as contributions to the statutory social security The proofs and declarations must be current (at the time of submission not older than 6 months) and still correspond to the current facts. Certificates of any kind must be attached in German, if necessary translated by a certified expert. Correspondence shall be in German.

For each reference, the following information must be provided:

• name / designation of the client,
• e-mail address of the contact person or telephone number,
• period,
• short description of the service,
• sales volume per year (€) The evidence and statements must be current (not older than 6 months at the time of submission) and still correspond to the current facts. Certificates of any kind must be attached in German, if necessary translated by a certified expert. Correspondence shall be in German.

The bidder must prove at least two technicians qualified for OpenScape 4000.

Proof is current Mitel Mitel Certifications, e.g. OpenScape 4000 - Generation and Initial Commissioning, OpenScape 4000 -Advanced or comparable current Manufacturer Qualifications The proofs and declarations must be current (not older than 6 months at the time of submission) and still comply with current facts.
