What the buyer wants
The subject-matter of the contract includes the following services: a Licenses 14 Licenses for different roles (see chapter 3.1. "Roles and Authorization Concept" of the specification of services) for a maximum term of 96 months (the customer can, however, terminate the contract with a period of 3 months already and only at the end of the fourth contract year), from the acceptance of the entire system by the customer. The license includes service and care. b Establishment of operational readiness of the specialist application The contractor is responsible for establishment of operational readiness. This focuses on:
- Recording of historical and current mobility data of the LHM
- Provision of additional data of the charging point operators with whom the customer is in a contractual relationship
- Start-up of interfaces
- Implementation of the requirements for dormant traffic in accordance with Chapters 3 and 4 of the specifications
- Provision of the specialist application, including access for the respective users
- Required adjustments/customizing, configurations and if necessary. Extensions if not included in the standard technical application o Framework conditions see Chapter 2.2.2 "Framework conditions regarding customer-specific extensions" of the specification of services o for the implementation of the requirements see Chapter 3 "General requirements Lot-Transverse" of the specification of services o for the implementation of the requirements for dormant traffic see Chapter 4 "Requirements Lot 1: dormant traffic" of the specification of services
- Provision of the subject application according to the required performance
- Support of the tests and troubleshooting of the subject application
- Required licenses/accesses to the test environment before acceptance
- Introduction support: go-live, early-life support
- Provision of documentation
- Guarantee of support, both technical and technical
- Support by a specialist c Operation of the specialist application
- Further support services on demand of approximately 80 person hours per year during the entire contract period. This includes, for example, additional customizing, such as customer-specific adjustments of a display or extension of the data model, integration of further charging infrastructure operators, implementation of change requests. The further support services must be made available from the acceptance of the overall system until the end of the contract period and must be available by the hour.
