- The offer must be secured a deposit of PLN 5000,00
- A security may be lodged in one or more of the following forms:
- money,
- bank guarantees,
- insurance guarantees,
- guarantees granted by entities referred to in Article 6b(5)(2) of the Act dated 9 November 2000 on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (i.e.: Dz. U. 2025, item 98, with late.zm.).
- The security paid in money should be transferred to the Purchaser's account: BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. O/Katowice Nr 37 2030 0045 1110 0000 0124 8120. In the title of the transfer, the money contractor shall be asked to indicate the number of proceedings to which it relates. The effective payment of a security in money shall take place at the time when the funds are credited to the Ordering Party's bank account referred to in paragraph 3 before the deadline for the submission of tenders (i.e. before the expiry of the day and time set as the closing date for the submission of tenders).
- In the case of a security lodged in a form other than monetary form, the Contractor shall forward the original of the guarantee or guarantee to the Order in electronic form together with the offer. The content of the guarantee or guarantee shall result in an irrevocable, unconditional, at the first written request made by the Contracting Authority, an undertaking by the guarantor to pay the Contracting Authority the full amount of the security in the circumstances referred to in Article 98(6) of the PPO.
- The offer of the Contractor who has not lodged the security or has incorrectly lodged or has not kept the security continuously until the expiry of the time limit for binding the offer or has applied for the refund of the security in the case referred to in Article 98(2)(3) PPP will be rejected
